Our Services
Willow Funeral Services offer a variety of different types of traditional funeral services, as well as modern, non-religious ceremonies, such as:
A traditional funeral service will usually consist of a church service followed by a burial or cremation. If you are considering cremation services, we can also hold a service at the crematorium, arranging either a minister of your choice to take the service or a non-religious service performed by one of our staff. These types of funeral services usually consist of tributes and poems rather than hymns and prayers.
Regardless of the type of funeral service you choose, a funeral is your last chance to say goodbye, so the arrangements need to be carefully considered. Here at Willow Funeral Services, we understand this can be a difficult and emotional task and will support you throughout the whole process of arranging the perfect funeral service for a loved one.
It’s important to make an early decision on whether you would like a burial service or cremation service and where the funeral will take place. We will then liaise with our contacts to agree on a date and time for the funeral service you have asked for.
You will then need to provide us with:
- The full name, age and address of the deceased
- The location the deceased is resting
- The contact details of the deceased’s doctor
- Whether a death certificate has been issued
- Whether the funeral will be religious or non-religious
- If you need a minister
We will always be on hand to discuss your funeral service requirements and offer a bespoke package tailored to your needs. We will offer expert advice to guide you through the arrangements.
